Silk & Soil Terms of Service
Welcome to Silk & Soil. By accessing our digital greenhouse at silkandsoil.com, you're agreeing to play by the rules we've set out below. Don't worry, it's nothing too scary. We just need to make sure our seeds, fertilizers, and tools are used as intended: to grow beautiful, healthy lives.
1. Usage of Materials
All content found here—from our custom fertilizer guides to our photography—is the property of Silk & Soil. You're welcome to use our advice for your personal backyard oasis, but please don't start selling our guides as your own. That's just not how neighbors act, right? We've worked hard for over 17 years to curate this knowledge.
2. Seed Integrity & Shipping
We pride ourselves on 98% germination rates, but Mother Nature is unpredictable. We ship within 48 hours of your order. If your package arrives damaged, take a photo and send it to info@webconcept.info immediately. We'll make it right. You'll find our team is quite reasonable when it comes to shipping mishaps.
3. Privacy First
We don't sell your data to botanical conglomerates. Period. Your address and email are used solely to get your organic gardening supplies to your door and to send you the occasional tip on when to prune your tomatoes.
Got Questions?
Are you unsure about a specific clause or how we handle your subscription? We believe in transparency. Our legal team is mostly just our founders in a shed, but we take these things seriously.
